Cross country skiing in Lappland

It wasn't too often that I had been in Lappland to ski. Now I had a chance to stay a week in Saariselkä, the most popular resort in the finnish Lappland among cross country skiers. It was just skiing, taking sauna baths and eating reindeer meat...

In the one week I did 214km, with 4813m ascend, average pulse of 124,in 28 hours of skiing and burned 13000 KCal.

Here is the GPS track of the last day's trip via Palopää, Vellinsärpimänoja, Luulampi, Kiilopää and Muotkan maja. Alltogether 60km in one day!
